- This is original artwork, not a print. Prints of this artwork may be made/sold by the artist, but the purchaser can negotiate a higher price for the art to remove this option if desired.
- All artworks are shipped from Christchurch, New Zealand. Delivery will be calculated upon purchase. Pick up is available for local buyers.
- Oil paintings will be supplied with a coat of retouch varnish on them, full varnishing cannot happen until the parinting is over 6 months old and is the responsibility of the client at that point and is recommended to protect the painting.
- All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. No copies or reproductions are to be made without permission from the artist.
- The artist has the right to post images of the completed painting on social media and website and used for marketing purposes (unless a special agreement is made between the artist and client). Any sharing of the image by the client must be done from the artist’s official sources (social media or website links).
